PLEASE READ, SIGN AND RETURN YOUR CONTRACT WITHIN 48 HOURS. Your booking is TENTATIVE, and your transportation will be canceled without refund of deposit if you fail to return the signed contract. Return signed contracts to Frisco@TexasBlackCar.com.
Last updated: May 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every reservation, booking, charter, and service ("Service") provided by Frisco Black Car ("Company," "we," "us"). By making a reservation, the booking party ("Client") agrees to these Terms on behalf of themselves and all passengers in their party.
1. Payment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any booking. If the booking date is 7 days or fewer at the time of reservation, payment is due in full. Prom reservations require a $500 non-refundable deposit. If a cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the event, the deposit may be applied toward other Frisco Black Car transportation services (based on availability) within 6 months.
The remaining balance is due before or at the start of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. The Company accepts major credit cards and cash. The credit card on file may be charged for any additional fees, damages, cleanup, overtime, gratuity, or other charges incurred during or after the trip. The number of hours agreed to on the contract is the minimum the Client agrees to pay.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days' notice: Half of the deposit may be applied toward future Frisco Black Car transportation (based on availability) within 6 months.
- Within 30 days of event: Deposit is forfeited — no refund.
- Within 14 days of event: The full contract price is charged.
- Airport transfers: Cancellation must be received at least 4 hours in advance to avoid penalty. No-shows are charged in full.
- Bad weather: No refunds are issued for weather. All deposits will be transferred to a future event if Frisco Black Car or the Client cancels due to snow, ice, or extreme weather. Only Frisco Black Car reserves the right to cancel due to weather that poses a danger to clients or drivers.
Frisco Black Car is not responsible for late pickups due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or mechanical breakdown.
3. Rates, Gratuity & Timing
Charges are time-based and begin at the scheduled pickup time, ending when drop-off is complete. A 15-minute grace period applies; additional time is billed in 1-hour increments. Extensions may be accommodated at our discretion if no scheduling conflict exists.
A minimum 20% gratuity is expected for the chauffeur and support staff who prepare your vehicle. Gratuity may be paid by card or cash directly to the driver. If gratuity is not given or is less than 20%, the Client authorizes Frisco Black Car to charge the difference to the credit card on file. Please do not discuss the gratuity amount directly with the driver. Gratuity is split among all parties who prepare vehicles for the reservation.
All tolls, parking fees, and event-specific fees are the Client's responsibility and are in addition to the contracted price. Once booked, the contracted price will not be changed. Frisco Black Car reserves the right to add charges if the Client deviates from the original charter agreement.
4. Airport Transfers
Clients requesting airport pickup or drop-off must provide complete flight information (flight number, scheduled times, destination) and notify us of any known changes prior to service. Cancellation of an airport transfer must be received at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid penalty. A 15-minute grace period applies; additional wait time is billed in 1-hour increments.
5. Vehicle Substitution
In the event of breakdown or other circumstances, Frisco Black Car reserves the right to substitute equipment of equal or greater value, and/or arrange the services of an affiliate carrier to perform the contracted service. Substitution with a like vehicle in size and capacity does not entitle the Client to a refund or discount. Any time lost during a substitution will be added to the end of the reservation at no additional cost; any non-use of contracted hours will not be refunded.
6. Vehicle Cleanliness & Smoking
All vehicles are 100% non-smoking and non-vaping — no exceptions. Any passenger who smokes or vapes in the vehicle will make the Client or cardholder liable for a $200 cleaning fee. Food is not permitted inside any vehicle. A cleaning fee of $200–$500 may be imposed for excessive trash, spills, vomit, or other bodily fluids. Any physical damage caused by the group is the responsibility of the Client and will be assessed for repair, replacement, labor, and lost business. Broken or missing glassware is charged at $25 per piece.
7. Conduct of Passengers
All passengers must behave in a lawful, safe, and respectful manner at all times. The chauffeur has full authority to terminate the charter without refund if any passenger:
- Engages in illegal activity, including possession or use of illegal substances
- Consumes or possesses alcohol if under 21 years of age
- Becomes aggressive, threatening, or disruptive
- Damages the vehicle or its contents
- Refuses to remain seated while the vehicle is in motion
- Fails to comply with the chauffeur's safety instructions
The Client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in their party. The stated passenger capacity of the vehicle — based on 130 lbs per person — must not be exceeded at any time.
8. Alcohol Policy
No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume or possess alcohol. Alcohol is not provided by Frisco Black Car. Violation will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
9. Party Bus Rules
If the party bus is equipped with a pole: the pole is not to be used while the vehicle is in motion. All customers must remain seated while the vehicle is moving. Jumping, hanging, or swinging is not permitted. Weight limit on the pole is 185 lbs maximum. Frisco Black Car is not responsible for accidents or bodily injury resulting from pole use. An adult chaperone is required for all groups that include passengers under the age of 16.
10. Lost Items & Personal Valuables
Please remove all valuables from the vehicle when it is unattended. Frisco Black Car is not liable for items lost, stolen, left behind, or damaged during or after the charter. Lost-and-found returns are at the Client's expense.
11. Delays & Late Pickup
Frisco Black Car is not responsible for late pickups due to traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event our chauffeur is late to your pickup, we will extend the reservation by the amount of time we were late at no additional cost.
12. Limits of Liability & Indemnification
The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service. In the event Frisco Black Car is unable, refuses, and/or fails to perform the services ordered, the Client agrees to waive any right to seek additional compensation, damages, or penalties beyond the contracted service amount. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Frisco Black Car, its employees, contractors, and chauffeurs from any claim arising from the Client's or any passenger's conduct or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Collin County, Texas.
14. Acknowledgment
By making a reservation with Frisco Black Car, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms on behalf of themselves and all passengers in their party. The Client accepts responsibility for final payment including any additional charges incurred for extended time, cleaning, damages, and gratuity. Unless otherwise arranged, all additional charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
